- Sleep 7+ hours.
- Exercise whether 10 or 120 minutes.
- Eat some protein.
- Take a cold shower.
- Review your day's schedule and long-term vision.
- Do at least one thing toward long-term goals.
If we're not intentional with our mornings, it becomes a missed opportunity. Willpower does fade as the day goes on, so it's best to capitalize when we have the most time available to do it.
Doing these few things has always been a constant in my life that has steered me towards focus.
