Confidence out-does everything.
When you hear someone confidently proposing an idea you know WON'T work, it's your duty to respond back with confidence.
Forget about your pride.
If you know in your heart that your idea is better, it's your duty to make sure it gets heard.
There were a lot of times in my life when I was just "out-confidenced".
Because I was too scared to speak up, we ended up delaying a project from days to weeks.
If I had simply been confident about my idea, then we could've done things a lot faster. It takes courage to speak up.
Pissing people off is scary.
But do you really want the bad ideas to be the loudest?
