My name is Evan and I coach people on how to cut through the fitness industry noise, and create lasting results from their specific starting point and goals.
I’m a personal trainer based in Los Angeles/Orange County with 6 years of training and competition experience in powerlifting. I love helping people achieve their goals, whether that’s:
to gain mass and “fill out” your T-shirt
to lose your muffin top and fit into your old jeans
or to gain the confidence that comes with being stronger and lifting heavier than 80% of the people in the gym
